We're always looking for ways to make shopping with us even easier. Our Click & Deliver options give you more choice and added convenience to shop your way.

Depending on your order, we offer a range of delivery services to help get your next project home. Whether it’s something small or a larger job, we’re here to help make delivery simple.

To check if a product can be delivered to your area, simply enter your postcode on the product page.

*Metro is < 50km from your closest participating or order fulfilment store. ^ Outer-metro is > 50 km from your closest participating or order fulfilment store. 

*Some remote locations may receive a prompt in cart to contact their preferred store to organise delivery, our team will be able to assist in organising your delivery.

Available on eligible parcel sized orders placed between 7am and 2pm, delivered within two hours to locations within 15km of your local store. (Available at all stores excluding our Whangamata & Mangawha stores)

  • All parcel deliveries will be made to the customers front door or left in the safest accessible area around the home under the an ATL (Authority to Leave).

Available on eligible parcel sized orders placed before 2pm for delivery within 15km of your local store. (Available at all stores excluding our Whangamata & Mangawha stores).

Available on eligible parcel sized orders placed before 4pm for delivery within 15km of your local store by 6pm the following day. (Available at all stores excluding our Whangamata & Mangawha stores)

 

  • All parcel deliveries will be made to the customer’s front door or left in the safest accessible area around the home where an Authority to Leave (ATL) applies.

Delivery lead times

In most cases, online orders are delivered within 2–5 business days to metro and outer metro areas. However, some products, such as Special Orders, may take a little longer, with delivery times of 7–14 days. To meet these timeframes, your items may be sourced from another/multiple locations and could arrive in more than one delivery. You can find more details in our terms and conditions.

To check the status of your online order, please click on the red tab on the bottom right hand corner of your screen when you visit the Bunnings website for Bunnings Virtual Assistant help. Some customers may experience a delay in receiving order confirmation emails. If you have not received an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

Yes, a click and collect offer is available at all stores excluding Trade Centres. These stores will have the Click & Collect icon visible on the website.

When shopping online, the expected time for a click and delivery order to be completed will be communicated;

  • As you view item to be added to cart
  • In cart prior to checkout
  • Order Confirmation post checkout
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout. They vary based on the type of service or size of the vehicle required to deliver the product.

We use a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type of product and where it's being delivered.

For a change of mind on products purchased from Bunnings, if you're unable to return the item to your local Bunnings store then you'll have to cover the postage/delivery cost of returning the item. If you've received a damaged or faulty item, Bunnings will cover the cost of return.
